Do you ship Worldwide? 

  • Yes, we ship to EVERY COUNTRY! 

How long is standard shipping? 

  • Please be advised that every product Reuellux sells is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Orders are shipped as quickly as we can. Shipping of orders can take one to two weeks. If you discover yourself in a circumstance where you require your order more quickly. Please select the rush order fee at checkout. 

How long is the “rush order fee” shipping option? 

  • You advance to the front of all orders by paying the rush order cost. Following your purchase, your order will be created the following business day. Two days later, it will be shipped. Then, delivery takes 1-3 days. Due to it being shipped by USPS, it may take a couple days longer. 

Are your underwear skinny girl or thick girl friendly? 

  • Reuellux is ALL GIRL FRIENDLY! Going with our classic customizable panties is advised if you are on the slimmer side. However, if you are a bit thicker, we recommend you choose our plus size option!

How can I stay updated? 

  • Daily stories are posted on the @REUELLUX instagram story!

When are emails responded to?

  • Emails are answered on (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) around 5 AM.

Are name changes on orders guaranteed? 

  • Please be sure that the name you are typing is exactly what you want on your panties before you hit the submit button. The changing of names is NOT GUARANTEED. Considering that this is a customized company, due to the numerous unique names, once your order is completed it cannot be sold again.

What happens if my order was returned to you? 

  • Your package can be sent back to us if you entered an incorrect address during the checkout process. We kindly beg for your understanding as USPS returns the box to us. which, depending on the package's destination, may take weeks. Once it is returned to our PO BOX, you will be informed via email with further instructions for reshipment. Reshipment charges will be requested. 

Why wasn't there a confirmation email sent to me? 

  • Two things might cause this to happen. 

1. You entered incorrect email information during checkout. Consequently, the erroneous email address received the confirmation. In this scenario, we kindly request that you send us an email with your complete name and current email address so that we may give you the information about your order again. 

2. It's in your spam or junk mail folder. 

Do you accept returns? 

  • Due to sanitary reasons, returns/refunds are ONLY permitted if Reuellux has made an error with your order and sent the wrong item. It must be reported to reuelluxorders@outlook.com within 24 hours of the order being delivered. EMAIL: reuelluxorders@outlook.com

Can I change my address? 

- You can change your address on your own. Please check your email for your order confirmation receipt.  Hit the address update button.
