Return Policy
Due to sanitary reasons, returns/refunds are ONLY permitted if Reuellux has
made an error with your order and sent the wrong item. It must be reported to reuelluxorders@outlook.com within 24 hours of the order being delivered.
I understand everything is custom, so some customers may not want to wait for their orders. If your order has not been shipped out yet and you would like a refund just email me.
